Participant Portal

What is the Participant Portal?

The Participant Portal is your home base for BTC'26. It's where you check your registration status, upload payment proof, request a visa invitation letter, and (closer to the event) view your hotel and travel details.

How do I sign in?

There's no password. You sign in with your Participant ID and a one-time code we email you.

  1. Go to portal.btc26.asia.
  2. Enter your Participant ID. It looks like BTC26-123456 and is in your welcome email.
  3. We'll send a 6-digit code to the email address on your registration. Enter it and you're in.

Once signed in, you'll stay signed in on that device for about 30 days.

I can't find my Participant ID or didn't receive the sign-in code.

Your Participant ID is in the welcome email you received when you registered. If you can't find it, email info@btc26.asia and we'll resend it.

For the sign-in code: check your spam/junk folder first, then use the Resend link on the code screen (there's a 60-second cooldown). Codes expire after 10 minutes. If the masked email hint doesn't look right, your address on file may be wrong. Email us and we'll fix it.

Is the portal secure?

Yes. A few things worth knowing:

  • No password to steal. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your registration email. Codes expire after 10 minutes and allow only 3 attempts.
  • Sessions expire. You stay signed in on a device for about 30 days, after which you'll need to sign in again.
  • Passport data is protected. Your visa invitation letter is generated on demand and sent directly to your email as a PDF. It's never posted at a public or shareable link.
What does my dashboard show?

What you see depends on your registration status:

  • Confirmed: full dashboard: event details, payment, accommodation, travel, and documents.
  • Under Review: a note that we're reviewing your registration (usually a few days). The rest unlocks once confirmed.
  • Waitlisted: we'll email you if a spot opens.
  • Canceled: contact us at info@btc26.asia if this wasn't expected.
08

Visa & entry requirements

Will BTC issue invitation letters for visas?

Yes. Confirmed participants can generate one instantly, no waiting for approval. There are two ways:

  • Signed in: open the Documents section of your dashboard and choose "Yes, request a letter."
  • Without signing in: go to portal.btc26.asia/letter and enter your Participant ID and last name.

You'll need to enter the following exactly as they appear in your passport: title, full name, passport number, nationality, intended arrival and departure dates, and passport expiry date. Your letter generates immediately and is emailed to you as a PDF. If your plans change, just generate it again with updated details.

Note: Thailand generally requires at least 6 months of passport validity from your arrival date. The form will warn you if your passport expires sooner.

Thailand entry requirements

Visa-free entry up to 60 days for citizens of 93 countries. Tourist Visa or e-Visa required for other nationalities. Check thaievisa.go.th. All travelers should also apply for the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) in advance.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

Must be submitted within 72 hours before arrival. Apply at tdac.immigration.go.th. Free of charge. Requires passport, flight, and hotel details.
